The Lost Gardens of Heligan
SUNDAY 11:00PM
Europe’s largest garden restoration of the century requires a dreamer’s vision: enter Tim Smit. Once the most beautiful and imaginative garden in Cornwall, Heligan was "lost" when most of its 50 gardeners were killed during the First World War. Seventy-five years of neglect had seen it deteriorate into a tangled mess of brambles and nettles. This series follows Smit and his team of 16 gardeners, builders and designers as they put order into the overgrown paradise.
